
(All drink recipes are for single servings.)
Put all ingredients in a tall slender glass. Stir briskly. Top with ice and serve.
Alcoholic Drinks
Sweeten the 8 oz container of creme fraische with 1/2 C powdered sugar and keep refrigerated until the expiration date.
Using shallow dish with cold water, dip a martini glass in the water to lightly wet the upper rim. Immediately dip the dampened glass in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. (To make the misture, mix together 7 parts granulated sugar with 1 part ground cinnamon.)
Put all other ingredients into a quality beverage shaker* and shake until well-blended. Strain carefully into your prepared glass. Top with a tsp of sweetened creme fraische and add a cinnamon stick.
Put lemon juice, vodka, and powdered sugar with 1 C of ice in a quality shaker* and shake until well-blended and chilled. Use strainer screen on the shaker and pour into a tall flute. Top with the champagne and raspberry or strawberry.
